Role Specifics:

This exciting opportunity is employed by REACH, working on behalf of Nestlé Confectionery UK and is vital in leading the performance of Nestlé Confectionery’s field sales executives operating within the independent and convenience retail sector.  Your knowledge and experience of retail sectors will ensure you lead a team to make a commercial difference in every outlet they visit.

You will be joining an established and high-performing field sales team who deliver and take pride in the acceleration of our performance in terms of brand availability, distribution and display execution to enhance turnover and increase market share. 

You will be responsible for leading, motivating, coaching and developing a team of Territory Sales Executives to consistently over achieve against ambitious sales and display targets. Reporting to the Field Development Manager, and supported by Reach’s head office function you will be expected to make a difference for the business in a dynamic, challenging and competitive environment on a daily basis.  You will need to influence and engage your team to want to accelerate their success.

You will need the determination and capability to take your team to the top and will be responsible for leading the performance of the team whilst managing logistics to ensure the results are achievable.  Therefore, you must be able to demonstrate a high degree of leadership skills, commercial awareness, personal organisation and communication skills.  An excellent negotiator and influencer, who is results focused, and able to empower a team to be accountable and responsible for their own performance will be successful in this role. Highly numerate with proven analytical skills are necessary.

You will be an experienced team leader, with a proven background in FMCG field sales or account management.  The successful candidates can expect to receive the support of an excellent training programme and marketing team with award winning advertising. 

You must also hold a full driving licence. There may be some extensive travel in this role and the need for some overnight stays.
