MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

Reporting to our Commercial Director and working closely with the wider team, you will develop and manage the rollout of the company’s annual marketing plan. With the freedom to set your own agenda and the support to see your ideas to fruition, your primary goal is to support the achievement of our ambitious growth plans.

Of graduate calibre, with a minimum of two years’ in-house or agency experience in a relevant marketing discipline, we are seeking a forward-thinking, creative, self-motivated and diligent ‘people person’ to bring fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the Lincoln & York team. 

You must be confident working independently and as part of a multi-functional team, ‘owning’ your projects to see concepts through to completion. Excellent organisational and communication skills are required for the role and you must be able to effectively communicate in person and in writing, adapting your style according to the audience.
