Here at Molson Coors we are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage our customer relationships in our Premium andSpeciality Off-Premise accounts!

Working collaboratively with the customer buying teams, route to market owners, wholesalers and internal account teams, as a Key Account Manager you will make sure the correct products/brands are ranged and priced to facilitate brand distribution and activation in line with the brand & channel strategy.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • To manage customer relationships including JBP creation and management
  • Working with the MFST to brilliantly execute in these accounts with the appropriate tools and approach to ensure our brands are bought on more occasions
  • To widen our relevant brand portfolio in existing stockists and deliver new and sustainable brand distribution in non-stocklists
  • Take full responsibility for maximising the rate of sale, visibility and quality of all MCBC brands.
  • Deliver a passion for MCBC brands and champion beer both internally and externally via training, knowledge and education.
  • Achieve KPI's in line with company GOALs and the channel strategy.
  • Report sales results back to line manager on a regular basis
  • Work to a planned customer contact strategy to unlock the opportunities in each account.
  • Write, negotiate and manage JBP's at a local level with these customers and take accountability for the key deliverable

 

 About You

  • Qualified to University Degree level Proven commercial experience in an FMCG environment Recent working knowledge of Premium/High End/Specialist Off-Premise retailers at Head-Office level
  • Experience of signing of JBP/Strategic plans and budgets
  • Experience of Premium Drinks (Wine, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Craft Beer) desirable
  • Blue-chip company background desirable
