Interim Project Manager - NPD

Introduction: 

Are you available immediately or on short notice? Would you like the opportunity to manage large volumes of NPD Projects within a Multi-Billion turnover FMCG organisation?

The Company: 

The business is a well-known FMCG player who operate globally and hold category captain status across multiple product areas.  Operating across both brand and private label, and through numerous sites situated across the UK and across Europe, the business produce quality products and have a strong heritage.  This business operates at pace, to extremely high standards and offer a significant amount of opportunity for involvement in the wider business.  

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage the stage gate process for all NPD projects throughout business unit
• Monitor the timescales and tracking progress from concept through to delivery
• Liaise with key internal and external stakeholder
• Ensure Origin project management system is kept updated
• Report progress of key projects to the senior leadership team

The candidate will have:

• Excellent project management experience gained in an FMCG environment.  
• Highly efficient in using project management software tools.
• Ability to manage a high number of projects with various deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and team management skills
• Able to identify and implement change management strategies
