Description
- Overall management and responsibility for the Value and Impulse Chanel
- Full responsibility of the Impulse Chanel and all account financial measures, including full trading P&L
- Recruit, lead, motivate and manage the impulse channel team ( NAMs, SNAMs and a BUM)
- work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and accomplish ambitious results
Profile
- Proven experience in value and impulse as a BUM or Controller
- Man management experience is essential
- Worked with a recognised FMCG food/drink brand
- Strong financial and commercial competency
- Thinking creatively with an ambition to achieve profitable business growth in a competitive market
