Job Details
A well-known and established SME food business is looking for a Key Account Manager whilst they are recruiting permanently. This role will be supporting the Head of Sales delivering key insight during a busy time for the organisation.
You will be office based and will be the first point of contact for incoming client contact. You will try and resolve all incoming queries and escalating any that will require the head of sales assistance. You will be making sure that the back-end issues around invoicing and supply chain are also sorted out.
The role will also be supporting the rest of the sales team to make sure that if there is any analysis or key information needed the you can supply as soon as possible. They are looking for someone whilst they are recruiting permanently and there may be a period of handover.
