National Account Controller, Home Channel (Tesco), Uxbridge

What you become a part of

Reporting in to the Associate Director you will have P&L responsibility for Tesco Business which is CCEP’s largest customer. This position has responsibility to set the strategy for the customers in order to maximize volume & profit growth and to develop and implement joint customer plans. This role also has responsibility for driving key channel initiatives as defined by the Associate Director of the BU.

You will coach, lead and motivate a team of National & Key Account managers to deliver the agreed home channel profit and volume targets by successful implementation of agreed channel plan.

What to expect

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the creation of Joint Business Plans to deliver growth for CCE, the customer and the category.
  • Adhering to CCE’s financial processes including forecasting, budgeting and management of operating expenses.
  • Making revenue, growth management decisions based on value chain knowledge and financial insight as well as prioritising investment decisions and resource allocation based on in depth return on investment analysis.
  • Successful negotiation of trade terms in customer, based on strategic initiatives of the business unit.
  • You will be leading an experienced account management team and participating in the Home Exec team contributing to the overall Home business plan.

What we expect of you

You will have previous experience of major customers, be highly numerate and analytical and demonstrate strong negotiation skills. You will exhibit evidence of collaborative business planning and will have a natural ability for people management to lead, motivate, and inspire a talented team.
