The business has significant Global presence and is embarking on a really exciting new phase of development and investment.


The business is forward thinking, consistently investing in new products and technologies and absolutely committed to bringing new and exciting products to market. They have multiple established brands in the UK with long-term trading relationships in place with major retailers.


This a newly created role that will combine hands on National Account Management sales responsibilities with pro-active development of marketing strategies for the UK territory. 
Leading a small UK team but effectively managing the significant brand / marketing resources of the global organisation, this individual will need to build influential relationships externally with customers and internally with stakeholders and support functions.


The role is home based with significant UK travel, ideally you will be based in or around the Midlands but for the right candidate this can be flexible UK wide.


You will need to have proven experience in the following areas:
• Managing National Account relationships with the Grocery Multiples and Pharmacy Multiples, ideally within the health and wellness category
• Proven brand development experience in consumer markets, interpreting brand messaging for the UK market
• The ability to create and deliver a strategic Sales & Marketing plan combined with a hands-on sales mentality, personally managing major accounts
• An ability to lead, motivate, empower and develop staff, creating excitement and momentum in the business that inspires action and results
