This organisation is on the cusp of a new and exciting growth phase.

Under new private equity ownership, their parent has created patented new consumer products across multiple categories to drive industry leading growth.  The team have secured the number one position in the United States outcompeting some highly regarded and significant competitors in FMCG you’ll know.  Their challenger mentality means they are agile and entrepreneurial, operating with the flair, energy and passion that comes from being free of a restrictive corporate straight-jacket.

Their vision is to be a $1bn group in 2.5 years which they will achieve through organic growth, but also through the acquisition of new brands to complement the portfolio.

Here in the UK their business now requires an International Sales Manager to execute their export agenda across Europe.  There is already export business; the purpose of this role is to grow it.  Developing robust market distribution business plans, in tandem with teasing out sharp insights that leverage brand propositions will ensure their ambitious international growth potential is realised.

The business here has a new leader and this role will work closely with them as a critical member of the team now focused on unlocking the very real market potential their brands represent. 

The scope of this brief means robust experience on respected non-food or food brands is ideal, but most important will be your track record of effective international / European sales growth by leveraging insights that engage consumers, customers, and distributors to win.
