Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a top-class people manager for one of the most exciting brands in Craft Beer. This is a company that is in huge growth and to continue this are looking for an FMCG professional with the ability to manage young energetic teams. This is a challenging role but as any people manager will understand, very rewarding. 

This is a household brand that has become synonymous with good quality beer in recent years and now growing 50% YOY, is a great opportunity to get into the business. Career prospects are unrivalled with the team needing to grow substantially over the next 18 months and you being the key part in making that happen. Currently a team of 8, this will rise rapidly from when you join.

We are looking for you to have at least 3 years’ experience managing challenging teams of over 5 people within any sector of FMCG. We are looking for you to have the energy and ability to structure this team and deliver results for the business. Must be based in or very near London
