Senior National Account Manager – (Innovative homeware)
The client
Our client is a leading provider of highly innovative household products. Focusing on innovation their passion is to solve problems through functional solutions through a design led yet practical approach.
The role
The role is for a SNAM to look after premium retailers such as John Lewis, Selfridges, Waitrose and Debenhams. You will have full P&L responsibility for the four premium accounts. You will report directly into the Sales Director and have a fair amount of autonomy to deliver against your target. The focus of the role is to build strong, commercially beneficial relationships whilst building brand visibility and product assortment at the point of sale.
This is a demanding and high-profile role within the business looking after the companies most strategic account base. This is a multi-faceted role where negotiation, influencing and creativity skills will play a significant part.
The person
The ideal candidate for the role will have strong communication skills and a passion for building a brand in this exciting time for the business. You will have a track record of delivery as a NAM or SNAM and be well versed with managing high end retailers such as those listed above. Being outgoing, polished, articulate and presentable will stand you I great stead.
The package
On offer is a basic salary of £45,000 - £55,000 + 40% commission, pension and private healthcare.
