The Role: Working from their East Midlands offices for half your time and the other half spent in client visits, the successful Business Development Manager will be talking to product development, production and ingredients managers as well as chemists, purely in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. Primarily managing existing accounts, you will be looking at market trends and selling around this, for example the recent sugar reduction issues. Full company and product training will be provided to the new Business Development Manager here.

They manufacture a wide variety of food nutrients and ingredients, plant based solutions for use in hot and cold food and beverage manufacturing. Now looking to employ a new Business Development Manager to join their team.
For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Strong sales skills
- You must come from a food ingredients or nutrition background
- Candidates with a food/nutrition or chemistry degree who are looking to move into sales
- You will have excellent relationship building skills
