Paul Nyman Consultancy are recruiting a Junior National Account Manager for a large FMCG player based on the Northern M25 corridor to manage areas of a key top 4 account.

The Role
The company seeks a Junior National Account Manager capable of operating in this competitive category. With excellent support from a team that has a proven track record, this individual will develop key skills and relationships to drive growth within their category. Throughout your training you will gain the skills needed to manage larger P+L accounts and develop joint business plans.
About You
- You will be an ambitious and progressive graduate with experience in the FMCG industry
- Customer facing experience is essential and P&L experience would be an advantage
- This could be as an Account Executive, Junior NAM or customer facing Category/Shopper Marketing capacity
- Branded or own label product experience
- Experience of working in a larger business would be an advantage
- On a personal level you will be a strong relationship builder, both with a customer and internally
