Lead Generation Manager

Responsibilities

At E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd, our team helps customers affordably invest in new energy efficiency measures to help improve people’s lives. We listen to what customers really want, we advise them on what's right for them and then we make it happen. External wall insulation, new boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation - the list goes on.

Right now, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to drive the delivery of high quality leads that underpins our growth as a company. Your proven track record of delivering cost effective and high quality leads through broad external marketing campaigns and maximising internal channels will see you thrive in this role, where your commercial acumen will be crucial in managing a multi-million pound marketing budget. This is a growth environment where you will have the overall responsibility for delivering leads and developing new internal channels for customers to invest in new energy efficiency measures. As a creative and commercially minded individual you constantly strive to find new opportunities and channels to market, maximising efficiency and cost effectiveness.

However you are not just commercially focused, you also possess outstanding stakeholder management skills. You are a skilled negotiator - confident and comfortable in influencing stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external. Working closely with Head Of roles and Director level, you will define a plan to build creative plans and strategy to underpin a funnel of new propositions. These strategies will be championed by you, and upheld by your team of four Campaign Managers who will aid in the delivery of your integrated campaigns. This is a rare opportunity to mould and scope the direction of a team so crucial to our operation. This role isn’t about adding value, but generating value.

Qualifications

What we need from you:

  • Degree level education in related subject or equivalent practical experience threshold.
  • Ability to deliver brand new propositions and projects to market with proven track record of delivering against timescales and business performance requirements.
  • Clear ability to manage change and develop flexible strategy to deliver targets.
  • Commercial acumen with several years experience in practical delivery.
  • Experience in developing and delivering propositions within residential ‘able to pay’ market segment.
  • Experience in managing in a multiple function environment.
  • Track record in quality delivery. Experience in leading direct and/or virtual teams.
  • Proven experience in managing and influencing senior stakeholders

It would be great if you had:

  • Customer centric individual with the ability to understand and interpret consumers unmet needs into project deliverables.
  • A good balance of a creative, commercial and strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management with ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external partners
