Customer Service Supply Chain Coordinator, Berkshire
The Supply Chain division of Exsurgo is recruiting a Customer Service Supply Chain Coordinator for a global consumer goods company based in Berkshire.
The role
The Customer Service Supply Chain Coordinator will be required to be the first point of contact for the customer and business to supply information throughout the whole timeline of order receipt to delivery. You will be required to process orders, be the main contact for queries, resolve customer queries and proactively managing customer orders for new product introductions. You will have to deal with delivery related issues, process of delivery, cost of service and work through a collaborative approach with demand planning, logistics and supply.
The candidate
The successful candidate will have the following attributes for the Customer Service Supply Chain Coordinator:
- Ability to work with a number of customers with a high number of orders
- Ability to be very analytical and excellent communication skills
- Recent graduate with relevant internships
- 6 months’ experience within a supply chain role
- Ability to work in a very target driven environment
