Job Details

As a leading producer of branded wines and spirits, our client prides themselves on supplying the best in the business! Our client supplies to a significant number of major multiple retailers, wholesalers, On and Off Trade across the UK and internationally. The brand has a fantastic heritage with a portfolio of numerous brands and labels. They are now seeking to further expand their sales team with this Regional role reporting directly to the Head of Sales. This is the ideal opportunity for someone who is driven and ambitious that relishes autonomy and the chance to make their mark.

The Role

As the successful Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for growing the brand and driving sales to deliver the business priorities within your region. The Regional Account Manager will manage all aspects of the customer relationship; working to maximise the potential through existing customers whilst increasing share within the Independent and National On Premise market place as well as securing new quality distribution partners & key multiple operators. As an expert in the channel you will execute brand & volume building initiatives whilst networking with key figures.


The successful Regional Account Manager will:

  • Currently hold the title of Regional Sales Manager, Regional Account Manager, Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Customer Development Executive, Sales Manager etc.
  • Have current experience of the UK On Trade market place
  • An ability to communicate effectively and build and maintain strong business relationships
  • Must have proven track record in sales and account development
  • You’ve got a passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
  • Be hard working, a self-starter with a team player mentality and able to hit the ground running
  • WSET educated and ideally degree educated or equivalent

    In return you will receive a salary between £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) and benefits package.

    This is a field based role in the North/Midlands region.
