The Role:

• Assist with the execution & delivery of BTL marketing campaign planning
• Assist in the execution of POS and manage relationships with agencies
• Provide marketing support where necessary, keeping all documents correct, up to date and brand compliant and generating new collateral whenever necessary
• Assist with the development of marketing materials including i.e. survey collation and lead generating campaigns and supporting all collateral
• Estimate and manage appropriate levels of printed stock of marketing collateral and organising timely quotes, amends and re-prints as required
• Proof read against copy amends across multiple marketing pieces to ensure accuracy before print/publication
• Support other marketing activity as occurs (eg PR, market research)
• Produce print and campaign briefs
• Provide monthly competitor updates – for the R&G business & A Modo Mio
• Adhoc administrative responsibilities
• Event attendance & management

Essential Requirements:

• 1-2 years of marketing or marketing related experience
• Educated to degree level
• Exceptional communicative and stakeholder management skill, including external marketing agencies
• Strong analytical skills
• Microsoft Office, including ability to produce PowerPoint presentations and campaign performance graphs and charts in Excel
• Photoshop skills desirable
• A passion for coffee / food related industry
