Senior National Account Manager – Grocery Accounts

Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension & Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday

(Office Based 3-4 Days Per Week)

An exciting opportunity has become available for an SNAM to join a market leading, fast growing £75m food manufacturer. This vibrant company is on a growth drive and looking for a talented individual to join their business. You would be responsible for working with the major grocery accounts reporting into the Sales Director.  

The key responsibilities and duties will include the following:

  • To manage effectively the existing grocery business and to expand this further.
  • To control all sales costs within budgeted levels.
  • Meet sales and profit targets as dictated by the business.
  • Effectively and efficiently undertake appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within Grocery. As the successful candidate, you must have the following:

  • At least 3+ Years FMCG sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills.
  • Strong literacy and financial skills including numerical analysis and the ability to access a wide range of data.
  • Well-developed negotiation, presentation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Strong time management including planning & organising.
