You will be an experienced, operational and commercially focused Finance Manager, used to working at pace. The business is well-known for its development of quality led food products while the culture is centred on customer and innovation meaning you get to contribute to a business that makes some of the finest products within its category in the world.
The Finance Manager ensures that the Site Operational Management team fully understand the financial performance of their business. Reporting into the Senior Financial Controller (site finance lead), the role will lead and develop the Management Accounts team of four (with three direct reports), supporting them to deliver the daily/weekly/monthly financial performance reporting and financial support and control to other functions within the business, specifically the Operations, Development and Commercial teams. This role will have responsibility across budget and forecast management, driving business performance though delivery of key projects and commercial and investment appraisal.
- You will be a fully qualified Management Accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
- Ideally experience gained in the Manufacturing sector within a fast-paced environment
- Experience operating at a senior level, leading and developing a team
- Collaborative working style, with experience of business partnering
- Excellent communicator to financial and non-financial stakeholders
- You will be confident working with ERP systems and be an advanced Excel user
