Renowned in their market as an innovative supplier to the DIY and Garden trade. The company has good presence in many national DIY Sheds, Garden Centres and Builders Merchants. They also have a strong presence in the independent sector, which in particular has seen impressive growth in the last few years. You will have full P&L responsibility for a portfolio of e-commerce accounts including Amazon, Shop Direct and CBS. There will also be an opportunity to grow the business and looking for new business opportunities. You will have support of marketing, finance and supply teams in order to ensure the on-going success of accounts. The role is home based however for the first couple of months you may be required to be in the office 3 days a week in the South East.
You will ideally already have experience of managing e-commerce accounts within the DIY / Garden arena and knowledge of how that area of the market operates. Experience with Amazon including vendor central is essential. You must be comfortable working under pressure within a fast paced business where decisions often have to be made quickly. Whilst you will be offered full support from the senior team, you should be able to work autonomously and have a good level of commercial acumen.
