This role is a blend of account management and business development. They are focussed on getting the right person in for the team so the accounts you work on will vary dependent on your experience. They are currently listed in all of the top four grocers and the focus of this role will be to grow their presence here and do seek out new business opportunities. With an exceptional product range behind you, there is huge scope for success both within current accounts you manage and bringing on new business.
You will need to have a proven track record of bringing in new business as it will be crucial to get out on the road and hunt down new business to continue their growth. It is a really close knit company so you must be a highly proficient communicator able to talk to anyone from those working in the factory to the company directors. Experience on one of the top four grocery accounts would be preferred but tenacious, driven, enthusiastic individuals with experience in non-food FMCG will also be considered.
