Global Marketing & Category Leader

Our client is Global branded organisation that has a long and rich heritage supplying products across multiple categories. The company are looking to appoint a Global Marketing & Category Leader to join the Global HQ in London and lead an energetic, passionate team. You will report to the Global Marketing Director key responsibilities listed below.

The Role:
·Lead the team and build category strategy across Personal Care.
·Be well versed in the brand and commercial growth strategies.
·Reinvent the brands/products.
·Be the global category expert.
·Build a global picture of the categories success and development areas.
·Define pricing, product positioning, product launches in line with range and category strategy.

The Person
·Of graduate calibre with minimum 5 years FMCG experience.
·Ideally a at Controller level or Senior Global Marketing/Category Manager ready to step up in a FMCG/Beauty company.
·Creative and commercial astute.
·Entrepreneurial, resilient and agile.
·Solutions focused.
·Positive, passionate and highly motivated.

This role is based in their Global HQ in London.
