Forming part of of the £1billion+ Cranswick group, themselves one of the UK's leading pork producers, Continental Foods focus their offering on a range of premium, value-added European focused products such as charcuterie & deli meats, pasta, antipasti & olives.
The Role & Individual
The site is now looking to add to their commercial team with the appointment of a National Account Manager. Specifically, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers within the Convenience sector - a high-growth account base which requires a decicated resource to unlock the full potential of the likes of Spar, Booths, Nisa etc.
You may be currently managing a range of Convenience customers and have experience of the sector, or alternatively be managing Top 4 multiples with a desire to get stuck into a different dynamic & challenge yourself. You must demonstrate experience of previous FMCG national account management within a chilled/fresh or bakery category.
Fundamentally, you will be a real foodie who is capable of bringing this passion across to your customer. You will be an exceptional cross-functional worker both internally & externally and present a desire to work in an highly diverse, innovation led category & customer base.
