Job Details

Paul Nyman Consultancy are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager around the West Midlands to manage a team in an autonomous division as part of a wider group.  

The Company

Our client forms part of a multi £billion food group that spans the chilled, ambient and frozen food categories. They currently act as an autonomous division as part of this wider group, and are able to boast a varied portfolio of premium brands within their category with a strong presence in the food service, wholesale market and grocery multiples. 

The Role

Sitting within the marketing team, this is a key leadership role at a senior level, requiring someone with good commercial accumen to inspire and lead the team. The Marketing Manager will look to achieve a competitive advantage and create market opportunities through a fully developed and insight led Retail strategy and will be accountable for delivering on our GM/EBIT targets. 

The Individual

The ideal candidate will be a commercially experienced marketer who is able to demonstrate management of a team with the overall company vision and strategy in mind. Due to the category, the successful Marketing Manager will have the ability to overcome challenges across commercial, marketing and category with team spirit and the drive to succeed and push the business forward.
