Function: Off Trade

The Role
In this role you will be working as a full time implant in a Northern based international Grocery Retailer managing all customer focused aspects of their online platform, planning multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, site traffic and sales.
Reporting into the Marketing Manager for Beers, Wines and Spirits you must be incredibly customer focused, great at engaging others and delivering strategic marketing campaigns.
Your core focus will be to utilise customer insights to drive true taxonomy and improve layout of the site through interaction with Category Planning team, In doing so you will need to develop a strong understanding of who the ASDA customer is and ensure the website is set up to deliver customer needs. Based on these insights you’ll integrate a full year store event plan and make this work for ASDA online and work closely with the Online BWS Trading manager to ensure that the best deals are communicated with impact and communicate across the wider trading floor to align on activity and key customer event activity plans.
This role will be varied from new project development execution, to the creation of a ‘with food’ plan across all brands and category segments.
Working within a busy trading team, the ideal candidate needs to be able to prioritise their own workload, challenge others to think customer first and show a strong understanding of the current competitor landscape.
