We’ve ambitious goals. And we know it’s the expertise and enthusiasm of our people that fuels our growth. Right now we’re looking for an outstanding Business Development Manager to join our On Trade Sales team.
The Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director Thames Valley, you’ll be working in partnership with retailers to drive new business activity, developing both volume and value of HUK brands via brand listing in new quality customers. This opportunity puts you at the forefront of the HEINEKEN UK strategy in terms of building winning channels and brand activation – right brand, right outlet.
The strategic goals are clear but the route to achieving them is up to you and we encourage your entrepreneurial spirit to do this. We have world class marketing & activation teams to support you but ultimately you’ll take ownership for establishing a network of business relationships and developing a well-constructed prospect list to ensure that growth objectives are achieved. In doing so you will ensure that you work with the right retailers using your commercial ability to drive availability and visibility within the new account base ensuring an enhanced experience for consumers at social occasions.
Like us you’ll become proud to share our enviable portfolio of brands and sponsorships such as the Champions League (Heineken®) and innovations like the SmartDispense solution. In doing so tailoring the best offerings to our customer to suit their businesses ensuring we enjoy mutual successes.
You’ll confidently demonstrate a record of achievement in new business acquisition, creation and implementation of plans / initiatives along with achieving commercial advantage through both technical and commercial ability. This will ideally have been developed in an FMCG environment.
