MacGregor Black is currently working with a recognised leading international food business on a UK Sales Manager Role. 

This role will work identify and secure new multiple group agreements for a coffee concept throughout outlets in the UK. It’s an exciting time to join this forward thinking business and the role offers the opportunity to build partnerships with some of the world’s best known coffee brands. 

Being able to ensure effective implementation of store launches across the UK is a key element for this role: successfully delivered by managing, leading and adapting the coffee concept. 

The role is central to maximising the number of stores trading in the UK, and the successful candidate will work closely with the head of retail, field sales team, other internal departments and customers to deliver the stretching commercial targets.  

What are we looking for? 

The right candidate must have experience in selling and marketing coffee into the Convenience & Forecourt channels. You will have a minimum of three years national account experience, with a proven record of success in FMCG.    

You will have a strong commercial outlook and be a dynamic professional who is customer and business focussed.  

You must possess the following skills: 

  • Strong numerical skills & analysis of sales figures 
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong selling skills and ability to create, develop and deliver a high level sales pitch 
  • Great IT skills (use of MS Excel , MS word & PowerPoint etc)
