The Company

Established in 1970, TSR Plastics Ltd are a well-known UK manufacturer with a diverse range of products sold to Nationals, wholesalers, independents and garden centres. 

Job details:

• Position has arisen due to impending retirement of present incumbent
• Represent the company in the field to promote and sell its products
• When not in the field you will be office based
• Develop a strategic sales and marketing plan to expand business with existing client base and gain new accounts
• Manage, coach and motivate the sales teamMeet sales targets
• Meet strategic objectives set by the Managing Director
• Attend trade related exhibitions
• Liaise daily with sales office
• Attend regular meetings at head office and report directly to the Managing Director

Experience required:

• Experience and knowledge of our industry is not vital, but would be an advantage
• Proven sales track record with National, Wholesale and Independent accounts
• People management experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience
