Field Sales Executive – Field Sales Executive - East Sussex/Kent (Secondment)

As a Field Sales Executive with Molson Coors Brewing Company UK (Ltd), you’ll be taking some of Britain’s best loved beer brands into outlets across the UK. As a Field Sales Executive, you’ll bring our brands to life Carling, Corona, Coors Light, Cobra and Doom bar. You’ve heard of our biggest brands. Now this is your chance to promote them. You will drive distribution on MCBC brands, increase Rate of Sale through consumer and retail activity, merchandising the retail outlet. You will need to build relationships with Wholesale Partners and their sales people to build brand awareness, win new distribution and drive Rate of Sale.

A big part of your role will be getting to know your customers and going out of your way to meet their requirements – it means you’ll need to understand our brands inside out (and a beer allowance is a perk of the job too!).

When you join us as a Field Sales Executive your responsibilities will be:

  • To work closely with our partner wholesalers, their salespeople and their customers - bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels etc, within a designated geographical area. To brilliantly execute activities with customers building strong relationships with retailers Deliver a passion for Molson Coors brands and champion beer Maximise sales within territory and, at all times, demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service Execute promotions on time and to high standards supporting your customers businesses

Ideally you will have a strong academic background, a natural ability to build relationships with customers and sound commercial awareness.
