The role as Head of Sales is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to be at the forefront of opportunity and lead the UK team to deliver our client's impressive growth plans.
My client are an ambitious business with a relatively new array of impressive products focused upon the Small Domestic Appliance (SDA) market. Part of a wider group, they have extensive reach and require a dedicated Head of Sales to drive business & personnel to fulfil their ambitions.
Based in the West Midlands, the Head of Sales role will involve;
- Managing the sales team across the Retail channel
- Driving the SDA channel (prior experience is highly valuable)
- Developing JBP's
- Building strong relationships at both Head Office level with Retail accounts
- Developing tactical strategies to increase distribution in existing accounts and maximise opportunities
Bringing the brands to life by promoting the products and motivating a team of 5+ to progress business opportunities and maximise product awareness.
We are looking for a driven and passionate Head of Sales with a track record of creating joint business plans and achieving profitable growth within the SDA channel.
The successful Head of Sales will be looking to work for a company which will give you freedom, autonomy and the ability to shape the future direction of this high profile channel.
You might be a National Account Manager (with management responsibility) looking for your next step up, or possibly an experienced SNAM who is missing something in terms of engagement with your current business or a Sales Manager who is ready to join a high growth company with extensive potential.
It is important the successful candidate is commutable to the West Midlands.
