Our Client
Vivid is Britain’s biggest toy company and the 20th largest in the world. With offices across the globe, they sell an amazing portfolio of toys and games to over 60 countries.
The Role
You will create and implement the strategy for Crayola across Europe – including product direction, marketing and pricing. You will also have direct liaison with local General Managers and marketing teams.
You will need to develop various touch points with all Vivid territories, Crayola European offices and external parties
You will oversee the full product development lifecycle from conception to launch and work with Crayola and local marketing teams to ensure the ‘best-fit’ creative approach for Europe – including packaging and other graphics
Direct commercial management of the category, alongside the Crayola sales division to launch product to fit commercial needs.
Responsibility for creating and driving the marketing plan in the UK and input into Europe.
You will need to be able to develop strong working relationships with the sales team and key UK customers to bring retailer specific initiatives to life. You will also work with the licensing team and licensors to bring the most relevant properties to market and manage key relationships.
Internally, you will work with the Crayola data analyst to help define market opportunities and coach one direct report, who will work as the Assistant Brand Manager.

Your Profile
You will be an excellent communicator, with high levels of integrity and passion. With a strong leadership capability you can lead effectively and support your colleagues to achieve great results.
You will thrive in a fast paced environment and have the organisational skills needed to meet critical deadlines. The role will require travel to Europe and the US.
French speaking, with commercial experience of the French market will be an advantage.

Ideally you will have significant commercial/marketing experience at a similar level within the Toy, FMCG or licensed consumer goods industry.
