Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire
Salary:£35K - £40K

Responsibilities
*Operate as the lead point of contact for all commercial matters specific to customer
*Build and maintain strong, trusting and long-lasting customer relationships
*Ensure the timely and successful delivery to customer of the companies' strategic supply plan
*Pro-actively develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement/development
*Attend regular face to face meetings with customers, championing the company's unique strengths and values
*Co-ordinate with internal teams (commercial/operational/technical/finance) to ensure consistent service delivery
*Forecast and track customer KPIs
*Manage the existing sales team

Requirements
*Experience working as an account manager, key account manager or similar
*Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Naturally motivated and driven to succeed
*Team player attitude, and the ability to manage a small team
*Fresh produce (ideally fruit) retail facing experience
