Qualitative Research Director - Insight Consultancy

A leading innovation-led insight consultancy based in central London is looking for a Qualitative Research Director to join the team. The projects they work on have an innovation focus, with a growing international focus for a range of clients across multiple sectors. They have a real entrepreneurial culture and are looking for someone creative to come on board. In this role you would be overseeing qualitative projects, have management responsibilities, as well as contributing to the 5 year strategic plan of the company.

To be successful in this role you will have prior traditional qualitative research experience from a UK agency. You will also have strong innovation-led experience and be well versed with all aspects of the qual project life cycle. Previous line management experience would also be necessary as there will be at least 3 direct reports, which would likely increase over the next couple of years with the projected growth plans of the business.
