The business is a globally recognised FMCG health and beauty business who are looking for a National Account Manager to join the ranks of their hugely talented commercial sales team. About the Role: 

Because of promotion this is a great opportunity to come in and impress! This National Account Manager role is perceived as one of the most visible in the business, where you can immediately take responsibility for an account that is working well whilst taking it to a higher level for the business. The role is highly commercial and you will spend time with your internal stakeholders working on strategy as well as time with your account and multiple buying contacts. Because of the nature of the business, collaboration is key and the feeling across the business is about the whole company being successful rather than just individuals. The role exists because of promotion and there is always an opportunity for the right person to progress in this business. 

 

About You: 

To be a National Account Manager:

  • Ambition is key as they want to be able to see at least 2 promotions in you.
  • Just being able to do the job is not enough for them and it shouldn't be what you want either.
  • You'll need to be able to show you are a future leader, high potential and someone who will raise the bar.
  • You will be rewarded in this company for a great attitude, passion for doing a great job and always looking to go above and beyond.  
  • High on the list is experience of at least 18 months managing national accounts across the high street or grocery channels and someone who strives for success and challenges the status quo.
