The Role

Export Sales Manager

We are handling an exceptional opportunity for an experienced international sales manager. This position will focus on the development of sales across Europe through a mixture of distribution channels. Significant gains have already been made with regards European expansion yet there is still plenty more to be achieved by the successful Export Sales Manager. This role will require a mixture of account management and new business development skills. Our client produces design-led, branded consumer goods which are found in the leading department stores throughout world.

France is the most important export market within Europe for this business and fluency in French and English is required here.

The office is located a few miles from Heathrow Airport and the business can consider candidates who would work from home for part of the week, as well as those within a commutable distance.

The Company

This profitable and growing producer of consumer goods is successful British exporter. International sales represent around 50% of the company turnover.

The Package

The business will design a package to attract the right candidate. It is anticipated that the basic salary will be around £35,000-45,000 with a generous package.

The Person

To perform this role of Export Sales Manager you will need to have previous export sales and international distributor management experience. A background in consumer goods / FMCG, / Consumer durables is also a pre requisite, as is fluency in French in addition to English.

You will need to live close enough to SW London / Heathrow to work from the office on a regular basis (either every day when not travelling or partially).
