A leading Wholesale / Cash and Carry business based in the West Midlands, with a reputation for being one of the best in the industry, is looking for an ambitious, commercial and dedicated Assistant Buyer looking to drive their career forward. Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting the Buyer with the implementation and delivery of a profitable product range that will maximise sales and increase market-share in what is an exceptionally competitive field. You will also be involved in working with the Buyer on range planning and development to ensure it is achieved in line with budgetary and time parameters.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have experience in a high volume, fast moving retail or wholesale buying environment, where you will have developed excellent commercial and analytical ability and outstanding IT skills. You will need to be able to influence at all levels, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast paced and change-centric culture.
