The Role: As Business Development Manager for this market leading distributor, your remit will be to develop new business in a number of sectors ranging from manufacturing through to OEMs within the Automotive field, Aerospace and pharmaceutical companies, to name but a few industries. Dealing with engineers through to procurement, leads will come from a CRM system and an internal sales team. Although the role will be initially new business you will retain all accounts won and eventually the role will develop into an Account management position.

The Company: Established for nearly 20 years, our client is heavily investing in both their product offerings and their staff. They are a forward thinking organisation and want to recruit those who are focused on their careers and who want to succession plan through a company. Now recruiting a new Business Development Manager as they expand the sales team.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales track record in a B2B space
  • You will have a hunting mentality and be able to close the deal
  • Hardworking sales people with excellent relationship building skills
