Business Development Sales Manager Midlands & North up to £35,000 pa + car + bonus

Your new role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be required to identify, win and develop new clients across a defined territory. You will be confident in discussing all aspects of pricing, product quality and delivery options with your client base, while maintaining a flexible approach to providing tailor made solutions. The role will involve working across many industry sectors and the ability to integrate with different client types will be a necessity.

What you'll need to succeed

A minimum of 2 years working within a pure Field Sales role for a competitive and fast moving business. You will need to be proactive in generating leads, with a proven track record of business development and the ability to develop a current in house database of existing clients, previous users and potential business. Previous experience within the events and exhibitions industry would be beneficial but not essential, however, experience within flooring, furniture or decorative fabrics would be relevant. You will need to be a solid negotiator, comfortable with a fast moving, price sensitive market place. The ability to effectively diary manage and travel 4 days every week; you will be required in the Shropshire office 1 day per week.
