Your new role
As a Field Sales Manager you will work as the primary point of contact and account manager for the independent pharmacy client base. You will be responsible for selling the wholesale proposition alongside identifying and designing tailor made solutions for your clients. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to oversee the sales within a geographically defined region in the UK, where you will be able to identify opportunity and grow business to contribute to the company's wider business objectives.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience working within a fast moving sales business. They will have experience selling and delivering a complex portfolio of products, exposure to either Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or the Healthcare industry and a knowledge of business development will be advantageous. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will be commercially astute with the ability to manage multiple client accounts, while servicing and developing them. Customer service is highly regarded within this company, and to succeed you will need to be passionate about providing your customer base with a high quality service. The role will involve face to face meetings and presentations, and therefore a full UK driving license is essential.
