National Account Manager – Bakery Products
Location: South East
The Role:
A superb opportunity for a National Account Manager has become available with an innovative and leading manufacturer of own label bakery products.
This exciting, strategic opportunity will involve managing one of the company’s largest accounts with a top 4 grocer.
You will be fully responsible for maintaining and building on the already strong client relationship, implementing Joint Business Plans, creating promotional opportunities, involvement with on-going NPD, delivering accurate sales forecasts and having full P&L responsibility for this £multi-million turnover account.
Successful applicants will need recent National Account Management experience in selling short shelf life food into a top 4 grocer.

Our client is an innovative and expanding manufacturer of bakery products who hold a strong market share within the UK’s major retailers. Due to increasing growth opportunities they are now looking to appoint a new National Account Manager to their team.
Essential Requirements:
Recent National Account Management experience selling short shelf life food into a top 4 grocer.
Experience in selling own label food.
Successful track record in delivering sales growth.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent relationship builder.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Commercially aware.
Highly personable and positive.
Ambitious and desire to be successful.
Located Home Counties or London
Package:
Basic Salary: £50-55k
Bonus: £60-65k OTE
