Paul Nyman Consultancy are currently supporting a nationally recognised food group in the expansion of their North West based site.
As a division of one of the UK’s largest food producers, this business focuses on the manufacturer and distribution of quality food products to the retail and foodservice sectors. Providing a mix of both brand & own-label product solutions to its customers, this business provides an opportunity to work with high-quality, niche products for the real foodies within the industry.
This role is an expansion to the current team to take focus on overseeing a team of commercial executives & managers. You will sit alongside the Site Director in a pure Account Controller role, placing significant emphasis on your experience & ability of managing people at this level, ensuring they have the best possible support & strategic direction to exectuve first-class management of their customers.
You will present experience of managing a team of NAE's/NAM's in previous roles, as well as managing retail accounts at a 'strategic' level. Given the nature of the products - your category experience will fall within chilled/fresh food or bakery in order to oversee the different dynamics of NPD, supply chain & category. You will be an excellent delegator, thinking with a 'blue-sky' strategic approach to help shape your team's account base over the coming years and deliver long-term growth.
You will be accessible to the North West HQ 5 days per week.
