We are a boutique top end housewares business specialising in the production of premium products.   The focus is on design innovation and functionality, but it is also fun, funky, green and versatile.  Above all else, the range is high quality and has a signature name that is incredibly unique and best in class in its category. 

Due to the success of the business to date, with new ranges and categories launching in 2017 and 2018, and strong forecast business growth we now need a Senior National Account Manager to join the business handling our No.1 Account but also looking to develop into our next National Account Controller/Head of Sales. 

Working alongside the Head of UK Sales and the National Account team, you will help develop the business plan and sales strategy for your customers. You will then be responsible for the delivery of this plan. This is a London Head Office based account management role, but with an already impressive global growth plan in place your opportunities can really be in your own hands. This SNAM position is your stepping stone to build your sales career quickly - your initial KPI's will be to grow sales by developing relationships cross functionally, managing the promotional spend and developing retailer category plans ensuring they integrate with company and sector strategy.

Ideal candidates will have an FMCG background that has provided them with classical sales training, strategy and planning and the capacity for advancement.  You need to be a flexible individual, able to adapt to a smaller business mentality and take on a broader remit within the role. There is plenty of support in the business but you are very much the point person within the account, not just a facilitator. An ability to manage complex negotiations backed up with a grasp of category management is essential.  You will be an action orientated, self-starting and passionate individual with a proven ability to unlock accounts and make things happen.
