Role Purpose Statement
To maintain stock and availability targets for a specified group of SKU’s or depots in line with pre-determined company targets.
This is a fixed-term contract for 1 year.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • Processing internal and external purchase orders in line with requirements of specific ERP platform(s)
  • Maintaining company owned stock and end-to-end service levels
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful supplier/depot relationships
  • Report on issues that may result in either stock write off and/or excess storage charges
  • Evaluate a number of pre-generated reports
  • Prioritisation of requirements vs. plan
  • Escalate issues
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
  • 'A' level or equivalent education level as a minimum, degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years supply or stock control experience preferred, preferably within an FMCG environment.
  • Firm focus on maintaining/improving customer satisfaction & the ability to work both accurately and to deadlines, often on one's own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential as is computer literacy,
