Due to rapid sales growth, For Goodness Shakes, the pioneer and market leader in the Ready to Drink protein Shake market, are looking for a National Account Manager to join their highly successful team.

They have a continual stream of high quality NPD that is closely aligned to their customer's needs and market conditions - ensuring they retain their reputation for being the best and their number one status. 

In 2015 the company was acquired by one of Ireland's leading dairy cooperative and global focused agri-food businesses, Aurivo. Whilst it benefits from the full backing and resources of a large multinational, MyGoodness Ltd retains it's entrepreneurial flair, independence and quick footedness that will ensure it continues to develop the business at the rate it has enjoyed so far.

Detailed Job Description

The team is small and there is a flat structure enabling commercial decisions to be made at lightning speed which has resulted in growth that is significantly over the category average! MyGoodness Ltd has grown at this rate because they are fast to react to opportunities, creative in their approach to building and promoting new categories and by launching a succession of new products, many of which have been first to market. As such, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative National Account Manager to join the company. In this role you will have responsibility for developing and driving ambitious growth plans across this exciting product range in channel such as; Grocery/ Foodservice/ High St/ convenience. You would be required to be in the London Bridge offices twice a week.

Candidate's Profile

This opportunity would suit an entrepreneurial, creative and self-motivated individual looking for their next challenge in a company that is driven by a can do, winning approach to business.
Ideally we are looking for an existing NAE/NAM with grocery multiple experience who is looking to expand their skill set and challenge themselves in a role that will develop over the next few years. Ambition will be key for the successful applicant – this business has an exciting future ahead and we need someone who wants the same!

In addition to this you will need to have an understanding of the role that sport and nutrition play in a healthy lifestyle and be able to commute to London on a regular basis.

What's on offer

£40 000 - £55 000 basic plus car allowance and bonus
