CatMan Jobs are currently recruiting for a Category Manager within a London based FMCG company with a strong brand presence.
Having grown substantially in recent years, our client is an established player in manufacturing a varied range of branded products across non-food categories. Housing established brands within all grocery multiple, Convenience and High Street retailers, this business only plans to continue their presence and growth in the future by bringing on board top quality talent.
Now seeking a Category Manager to add to their high potential team in London, you will be tasked with building category presence within a developing and niche product area. Liaising cross-functionally with various other business areas such as Innovation, Commercial & Marketing; you will be initially tasked with pulling on various data sources to build strategically focused insights into consumer behaviour & category performance.
You must hold and be able to present success within an FMCG category or related analysis role. As well as this, you will be fully adept and competent in the use of various internal and external data tools and sources, particularly with the likes of Microsoft Excel, Kantar & IRI. Utilising your excellent communications skills, you will not be afraid to think outside the box and fully involve yourself in what is a growing and industry leading category strategy.
