This position will enable you to shape the strategic direction of the business due to the great level of autonomy that you will be given. My client doesn't believe in micromanagement and instead employs sharp, entrepreneurial and innovative individuals which enables the business to receive the highest level of customer satisfaction within the market. You will manage 2 of the top 4 grocer accounts and be integral to defining the overall category strategy for each of them. Leading the range reviews and having such great trust from the customers will give you full control on what happens to the overall category giving you the status of Category Captain'.
