Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager on Maltsmiths Brewing and Caledonian Brewing Co., this role has two distinct and different areas of responsibility.
You will be responsible for helping shape a 3-year share growth plan on our 2 new beer brands, building compelling consumer and customer stories to ensure our brands become highly visible in a constantly changing environment.
Working with a cross functional team, you will be responsible for delivering the marketing annual plan, brilliantly executing all elements of the plan to ensure our brands are consistent across all touch points.
This is a great role for an experienced brand manager looking to develop and demonstrate his or her experience in building exciting consumer and customer centric marketing plans. It's a super exciting role that'll fast track your development, with the support of a passionate team of beer marketers.

- Evidence of building consumer brands and delivering solid financial results within a consumer and product-focused organisation
- Strong trade understanding of both the on and the off-trade with a proven track record for influencing key stakeholders in both areas
