Marketing Manager

Our client is one of the most successful independent drinks distributors in the UK and Ireland. They specialise in the distribution of premium spirits, liquors, wines and craft beers across the UK and Ireland. Our client is so successful they now have their very own sister company who look after all their owned brands which are 15 (soon to be 20) of the coolest craft-based spirits and beers in the industry!

You will be reporting into the lovely Steven (MD of the business) and working alongside 45 other super-duper, drinks-obsessed individuals who share your passion for the craft spirit/beer industry! What will you be responsible for? Glad you asked... You will be looking after all 15 brands in the portfolio, developing each of their individual brand directions and guidelines for the UK & Ireland. As the main marketing man/woman you will have tons of autonomy and the opportunity to build a budding team around you.

This role will provide you with an excellent opportunity to personally grow and develop, ensuring exposure and a real opportunity to achieve success and recognition in the world of Spirits.

There will be several initial challenges within the first 12 months; these will include successful integration into this role the team and business, as well as developing intimate brand knowledge. Are you up for the challenge?
