Job Details
My client is a successful global FMCG business specialised in Food and Drinks. They are recruiting for two CRM data analyst to join their CRM team.
This would be the perfect fit for a driven and ambitious individual who started their career in data analysis and CRM systems and is looking for the next step up in their career.
Key responsibilities:
- full ownership and management of the CRM database
- KPI reports presentation the the wider business on a monthly basis
- Monitor data quality and ensure database is up to date
- Lead ad hoc analysis and use insights drawn from them to build future campaigns
- General market intelligence research to advise on strategy and inform on competitors activities
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor degree (minimum) in Maths or Statistics
- Solid understanding of CRM database and campaign management tools (ideally Adobe Neolane)
- Experience using quantitative studies in Marketing and/or costumer analysis
- Project management skills
- Demonstrable experience in SSPS models, SQL & SAS codes and GFK Geomarketing tools is required
- A knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus but not essential
