Are you looking for a fast, fun and hard working environment in your next move? Having gone through really exciting changes over the past 12 months, the business is growing and is now seeking an Internal Sales Executive.
What Would You Do In This Role?
Your objective will be to deliver wonderful customer service to all of your assigned customers - but it doesn't end there. Unlike a lot of internal sales roles, you will be given the chance to develop new business, building B2B relationships and capitalising on potential opportunities by knowing your products inside out! Along with the telephone-based work, you will respond to customers via email, as well as liaising with the purchasing team to ensure that stock levels are correct. You will use SAP to keep customer pricing up to date, sending out quotations to customers and sharing key information with Senior Account Managers, constantly keeping abreast of market development.
What Sort of Person Are We Looking For?
Someone who has a couple of years in a B2B telephone based role would suit this position - maybe in Customer Service, Internal Sales or as a Junior Account Manager. A bubbly personality, natural sales instincts and strong IT skills are all essential - in addition, knowledge of SAP would be a distinct advantage. The company deals in quite a technical area of the food industry, so whilst we are not looking for the finished article, a proven ability to learn about complex products would be advantageous - maybe in chemicals, pharmaceuticals or a technical sector of the food industry.
